Yes! Invoices created through SimplyBooks contain all required forms and can be legally send through e-mail as PDF or electronic invoice (UBL) or just print them on paper and send them by mail.

SimplyBooks is focused to provide a solution for Belgian companies. But also companies outside of Belgium can use our software. Do you wish to get more information about support for your country? Do not hesitate to contact us.

When you create a new account you can use all features without restrictions for 30 days. After 30 days you can upgrade your account to a paying plan, migrate to a free plan or stop your account. We will never charge you costs without your explicit consent.
